Do NOT order your textbooks for on-campus courses, as they may not be the same textbook!
~ Classes for the Summer 2008 (081) term begin as early as May 19, 2008.~

Once you place your order for Summer textbooks, please be patient with the Distance Learning Bookstore
as they process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed in the order that they were received.
ALL orders must either be placed through the website or by
filling out an order form and faxing or mailing it to the Distance Learning Bookstore. They DO NOT accept phone orders!
If you have a question regarding an order, you may contact the Call Center, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:45pm,
Toll Free #(866) 714-0002.
While you are waiting to receive your order, be sure to login in to Campus Connect and go to your course to at least check in with your
instructor and let them know that you have ordered your textbook and are just waiting to receive it. Once you've logged in to your course, you'll
want to take a look at your syllabus so that when your textbook arrives, you'll already know what you need to do and when you need to get it turned in by.
Order Early!
We will start clearing our summer inventory the week of June 9,2008.
After this date there will be limited availability on all textbooks, so be sure to get your order in early!
~Helpful information when using our website~
As we get ready for the Summer 2008 (081) term, we would like to welcome those students who are
returning to our website and those who this is their first time!
~ Campus Connect Login - you will use one login and password for both Campus Connect and this
website. If you have not already activated your Campus Connect account, you will need to do so before you can place an order. You can reach the Campus Connect website
by clicking on this link - Campus Connect Login Page.
You will then need to click on "First time users start here" and follow the directions for setting up your
Campus Connect account.
~ Call Center - Our call center is open 8am to 4:45pm- Monday through Friday. As we get closer to the
start of a new term, hours will be extended from 7:30am to 9pm - Monday through Friday (exact dates and hours will be posted
on the website). During peak periods, you may experience a longer hold time, but please be patient as we will be giving
each caller our personal attention.
~ Financial Aid/Third Party and Loan Recipients - when placing your order through the website,
we have an "electronic agreement" to give us permission to use your funds. Once we have received your order, we will then
verify that your aid has been awarded and is available for us to use. This can delay the processing of an order, so please
be patient when using financial aid/thrid party. If you choose to print an order form and mail or fax it to us, you will then
need to also print, sign and mail or fax a financial aid agreement with your order form in order for us to use your
financial aid/third party funds.
~ E-mail Center - Please use the specific e-mail address that corresponds to your situation.
Failure to send your e-mail to the correct address could delay your issue from being resolved quickly.
